About the role
Driftmark Technologies is hiring 2 SaaS Sales Executives to grow our customer base in Dar es Salaam and beyond. You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, closing and onboarding new business clients onto our platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through cold outreach, referrals and networking events
- Run product demos for SMEs, banks and telecom partners
- Close deals and hand over new accounts to the customer success team
- Keep the CRM updated and report weekly on your pipeline
- Represent Driftmark at tech and business events in Dar es Salaam
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, software or telecom preferred
- Proven record of meeting or beating sales targets
- Confident presenting in both English and Swahili
- Comfortable with CRM tools and a consultative selling style
- Diploma or degree in business, IT, marketing or a related field
What we offer
- Base salary of TZS 800,000 to 1,500,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission
