About the role Arusha Co Working Spaces needs a creative Content Creator to run our social media, tell the stories of our community and bring new members through the door. Responsibilities - Plan, shoot and edit short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn - Write engaging captions and a monthly newsletter in English and Swahili - Cover community events, workshops and member spotlights - Grow followers and engagement with a clear monthly content calendar - Track what performs and double down on it Requirements - 1+ years creating content for a brand, agency or your own strong personal page - Confident with a phone camera; CapCut, Canva or Adobe tools a plus - Great written English and Swahili - Organised, self-driven and comfortable talking to people on camera - Based in Arusha or ready to relocate What we offer - Monthly salary of TZS 700,000 to 1,000,000 depending on portfolio - Free co-working membership and a front seat in Arusha's startup scene - Freedom to experiment and own the brand voice
