Account– Deviceat Mogo Credit Tanzania, July 2026 Account Manager – Device Financing (Mogo Tanzania Launch)Job overview Employment type: Full-time Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Department: Dealer Operations | Relationship Management Reports to: Head of Dealer Operations / Head of Commercial Operations Help build Tanzania’s best dealer network Mogo Tanzania is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with dealer partners, support the growth of financed smartphone sales, reduce dealer churn, and ensure dealers receive outstanding support. The successful candidate will play an important role in building and strengthening Mogo’s dealer network in Tanzania. Your mission The Account Manager will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of dealer partners. Driving dealer performance and financed sales growth. Reducing dealer churn through proactive account management. Supporting the onboarding and activation of new dealers. Coordinating with Loan Officers, Brand Managers, and Operations teams. Providing market intelligence and competitor insights. Key performance indicators Performance in this role will be measured against the following indicators: Dealer sales growth. Dealer retention. Dealer churn. Active dealer rate. Dealer satisfaction. Dealer visits. New dealer activation. Requirements Candidates should meet the following requirements: One to two years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Relationship Management. Experience in retail, fintech, banking, telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics is an advantage. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A commercial mindset and strong problem-solving ability. Willingness and ability to visit dealers regularly. Basic Excel and reporting skills.
