Position Available: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICERPositions Available: 2 Positions Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania We are looking for TWO dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officers to help us maintain strong customer relationships and support our business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Record receipts and allocate payments correctly. Prepare accounts receivable aging reports. Maintain accurate customer account records. Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve payment issues. Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
