The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, improving market presence, increasing sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day branch operations. Manage branch finances, budgeting, and reporting activities. Support business expansion by: Identifying new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. Manage and motivate the branch team to achieve business objectives. Experience & Skills Candidates should possess: Minimum2–3 years ofexperience. At least1 year of experience in insurance or a related industry.
