In this role, you will transform operational, commercial, and portfolio data into actionable insights that drive business growth, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting business performance through reporting, analysis, forecasting, and decision support. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining business dashboards and performance reports. Analyzing dealer, sales, and regional performance. Supporting reporting for customer care, collections, and operations. Monitoring repayment trends and portfolio quality. Developing business forecasts, financial models, and business cases. Providing actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Requirements Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required qualifications include: 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting. Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an added advantage. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
