Job Purpose
The Partnerships and Reporting Associate will support both:
Operational Information Management and Performance Reporting.
Partnerships and Donor Engagement.
The role contributes to producing accurate programme reports, managing information, strengthening donor relationships, supporting resource mobilization, and promoting WFP’s programmes and achievements.
Key Responsibilities
A. Reporting & Information Management
Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, annual donor, and corporate reports.
Support preparation of the Annual Country Report (ACR).
Collect, consolidate, and analyze programme performance data.
Maintain reporting systems, databases, and information management tools.
Produce dashboards, summaries, and data visualizations.
Compile and share Essential Elements of Information (EEI) for programme monitoring.
B. Partnerships & Donor Relations
Prepare briefs, presentations, speeches, and talking points for senior management.
Support donor visibility and compliance requirements.
Conduct partner mapping and identify funding opportunities.
Draft concept notes, proposals, partnership documents, and reports.
Coordinate meetings with public, private, and multilateral partners.
Analyze partner intelligence and funding trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect programme information.
Prepare documentation for donor meetings and coordination platforms.
Ensure gender, protection, and accountability considerations are reflected in reports and partnerships.
Perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
Education
Advanced University Degree in one of the following fields:PoliticalInternational DevelopmentDevelopment EconomicsInternational RelationsLawMarketingCommunicationsInformation ManagementOr a related discipline.

Marketing
Communications
Information Management
Or a related discipline.
OR
A First University Degree with additional relevant experience and/or training.
Experience

Fluency (Level C) inEnglish.
