Job Summary TheFleets Dispatcherwill serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal operations teams. The successful candidate will coordinate daily transportation schedules, assign routes, monitor shipments in real time, and resolve logistical challenges to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should have strong, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in transport or fleet operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Route Planning & Scheduling Plan and assign daily delivery routes and schedules for drivers. Optimize routes to improve efficiency and ensure timely deliveries. 2. Fleet Monitoring Monitor vehicles and shipments in real time using GPS tracking and fleet management systems. Track delivery progress and identify potential delays. 3. Communication Management Serve as the main communication link between drivers, warehouse teams, and customers. Provide regular updates regarding delivery status and operational issues. 4. Problem Solving & Coordination Resolve transportation challenges including:Route disruptionsVehicle breakdownsTraffic delaysDelivery discrepancies Route disruptions Vehicle breakdowns Traffic delays Delivery discrepancies 5. Qualifications & Requirements Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:Supply Chain ManagementLogisticsBusiness AdministrationAny related field Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Any related field Experience Minimum2–3 years of experienceas a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or in a similar transport operations role.
