Position: Financial Reporting Analyst Reporting to:Country Finance Manager Key Responsibilities AnalysisAnalyzeperformance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Compliance and Internal ControlsEnsure financial reporting complies with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits. Systems and Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent certification is preferred or currently in progress. 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or general accounting. Experience preparing financial statements and management reports. Experience using ERP systems such as OneStream, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
