Support clients with:BookingsReservationsTravel documentation Bookings Reservations Travel documentation Respond to customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions. Maintain knowledge of travel products, policies, and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Handle multiple client requests efficiently. Minimum Qualifications Applicants should have: Diploma or Degree in:TourismHospitalityBusiness AdministrationRelated fields Tourism Hospitality Business Administration Related fields Experience Requirements Minimum3 years of relevant field experience.
