The successful candidate will ensure that construction materials, workmanship, and project processes comply with international aviation standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for: Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan. Conducting regular quality audits, inspections, and reviews of material testing results. Ensuring quality compliance for:Airfield pavementsStructuresAirport systems Airfield pavements Structures Airport systems Managing non-conformance reports (NCRs). Conducting root-cause analysis and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Managing third-party testing laboratories. Reviewing:Material submittalsMix designsMill certificates Material submittals Mix designs Mill certificates Coordinating with:Client representativesConsultantsContractors Client representatives Consultants Contractors Handling all quality-related project matters. Qualifications & Requirements Applicants should have: Bachelor’s Degree in:Civil EngineeringQuality ManagementRelated technical field Civil Engineering Quality Management Related technical field Experience serving as aQuality Assurance Manager on at least one airport construction project within the last 10 years. More than10 years of professional experiencein Quality Assurance and Quality Control within major infrastructure projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of:Quality Management SystemsISO 9001 standardsAviation construction standards Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 standards Aviation construction standards QA/QC certifications such as:ASQ CertificationISO Lead Auditor Certificationare highly advantageous.
