The successful candidate will provide financial leadership in budgeting, reporting, audits, tax compliance, and improvement of financial systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Accounting Oversee processing and approval of:InvoicesPaymentsReimbursementsProject financial transactions Invoices Payments Reimbursements Project financial transactions Maintain accurate accounting records. Review and approve journal entries. Lead monthly reconciliations including:Bank accountsSuppliersIntercompany accountsGeneral ledger accounts Bank accounts Suppliers Intercompany accounts General ledger accounts Resolve complex financial discrepancies. 2. Budgeting & Financial Planning Prepare and review:Project budgetsForecastsFinancial plans Project budgets Forecasts Financial plans Monitor spending against approved budgets.
