Assistant Treasury Sales Manager – Mwanga Hakika Bank Company:Mwanga Hakika Bank Limited (MHB)Position:Assistant TreasuryEmployment Type:Full-timeApplication Deadline:13 August 2026 Job Purpose The Assistant Treasury Salesis responsible for supporting treasury sales operations, managing customer relationships, supporting liquidity and cash flow activities, and contributing to the growth of Treasury revenues through effective trading and investment activities. Key Responsibilities Implement the Treasury Sales process under the guidance of the Line Manager. Identify new revenue opportunities by exploring new market segments. Collaborate with:Commercial BankingCorporate BankingConsumer Banking teamsto increase cross-selling opportunities. Commercial Banking Corporate Banking Consumer Banking teamsto increase cross-selling opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Conduct proactive sales calls to existing and potential foreign exchange (FX) clients. Provide customers with:Competitive rate quotationsMarket insightsTimely treasury solutions Competitive rate quotations Market insights Timely treasury solutions Offer value-added treasury products and solutions to clients. Coordinate Treasury sales activities. Maintain a diversified and quality sales pipeline. Support achievement of FX sales revenue targets. Implement client acquisition strategies to grow the customer base. Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Develop sales action plans with Line Managers. Identify marketing opportunities that support treasury product growth. Prepare monthly sales performance reports, including:Revenue projectionsCustomer acquisition progressPortfolio performance updates Revenue projections Customer acquisition progress Portfolio performance updates Qualifications and Experience Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in:Banking and FinanceOr any other relevant field Banking and Finance Or any other relevant field Added Advantage Professional qualifications such as: ACI Dealing Certificate CFA qualification (or progress towards completion) Required Experience Minimum4 years of experience in Treasury Dealing. Required Knowledge and Skills Strong business and commercial understanding. Treasury management knowledge, including:Liquidity managementCash flow forecastingFunding and hedging techniquesTreasury products Liquidity management Cash flow forecasting Funding and hedging techniques Treasury products Knowledge of banking systems and processes.
