The role will contribute to IT infrastructure modernization, improve platform reliability, strengthen security, and support business continuity through best-practice architecture and operational governance. Supporting backup and recovery activities to ensure business continuity. Providing Level 2 and Level 3 incident and problem management support for infrastructure-related issues. Required Skills and Competencies Applicants should demonstrate expertise in: Cloud and Microsoft Technologies Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Microsoft Exchange Online. Amazon Web Services (AWS). Microsoft Active Directory. Microsoft Exchange. SCCM. Microsoft 365 administration. PowerShell scripting.
