The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting mining operations, monitoring production, coordinating site activities, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with workplace safety requirements. Key Requirements and Qualifications Applicants must meet the following qualifications and requirements: Diploma in Mining Engineering with at least3 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with at least1 year of relevant work experience. Practical experience in mining operations, preferably in gold mining. Strong knowledge of mining methods, production processes, and mine site operations. Good understanding of mine planning, production monitoring, and operational efficiency. Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements in mining operations. Ability to supervise and coordinate mining activities and site personnel. Ability to monitor production targets and prepare accurate operational reports. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure. Willingness and ability to work in a remote mining environment. Professional integrity, discipline, and commitment to workplace safety.
