In this role, you will support the reliable operation of production machinery, execute preventive maintenance activities, identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and actively contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement across production operations. Core Focus Areas Machine Operation & Maintenance Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Reliability Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving Process & Continuous Improvement Quality & Workplace Safety Technical Documentation & Reporting Teamwork & Collaboration Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience Education:Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of3 yearsof quality control or food safety experience in a food manufacturing environment. Industry Standards:Practical experience implementing and enforcingISO 22000orISO 9001;HACCPknowledge is essential. Technical Skills & Knowledge Good understanding ofGMP, GHP, product traceability, and laboratory testing. Practical understanding of equipment maintenance, safety procedures, and mechanical troubleshooting. Strong knowledge ofRoot Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, and 5S. Bonus:Lean manufacturingand continuous improvement methodologies. Candidate Profile & Key Competencies Demonstrates strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation capabilities. Strong team spirit and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
