The company is seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee shift operations at its GGM site in Geita Region, Tanzania. Job Title: Supervisor Company:Fabec Investment LimitedLocation:GGM Site, Geita Region, TanzaniaNumber of Positions:1Work Schedule:Two-shift rotation (day and night) Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Supervise operators, mechanics, and general workers during assigned shifts. Plan daily tasks and coordinate shift activities to support operational efficiency. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and procedures. Ensure production targets are achieved. Conduct shift handovers and communicate relevant operational information. Prepare and maintain daily production reports. Key Requirements and Qualifications Applicants should meet the following requirements: A diploma in engineering, mining, or a related field is preferred. At least three years of experience in mining or crushing operations, including experience in a leadership role. Strong communication and team leadership skills. Basic computer skills for preparing reports and maintaining operational records. Ability to supervise teams and coordinate shift activities effectively.
