The successful candidate will provide first aid, manage minor illnesses, maintain confidential health records, facilitate emergency referrals to local hospitals, and support front desk administrative activities when required. Duties and Responsibilities Promote and safeguard the health, safety, and wellbeing of students and staff. Administer first aid to students and staff when necessary. Assess and manage minor illnesses in accordance with professional nursing standards. Maintain accurate and confidential health records. Facilitate emergency referrals to local hospitals when required. Support front desk administration as needed. Monitor student health concerns and provide appropriate assistance. Maintain professional standards of nursing care and confidentiality. Contribute to a safe and supportive school environment that promotes physical wellbeing. Qualifications and Experience Applicants must meet the following requirements: A recognized Diploma in Nursing from a credible institution. Valid professional registration and licensing with the relevant nursing authority in Tanzania. At leastthree years of clinical experience, preferably in paediatrics, community health, or a school setting. First aid and emergency response certification. Fluency in English. Strong clinical judgment and cultural sensitivity. Key Competencies and Skills The ideal candidate should demonstrate: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Good information and communication technology (ICT) skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
