The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources operations, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, and developing training initiatives to enhance staff performance. Key Responsibilities Manage HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support employee relations and handle confidential matters professionally. Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospitality HR best practices. Develop and deliver employee training programs. Support staff development initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture. Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree inLaw or a related field. Minimum2 years of experiencein a similar HR role within aresort or hospitality environment.
