The successful candidate will oversee daily plant operations, production performance, metallurgical optimization, maintenance coordination, safety compliance, and cost management. This leadership role is suited for an experienced mineral processing professional with a strong operational background and proven ability to improve production performance, optimize processes, and build high-performing teams within a mining environment. Key Responsibilities 1.
