Job Summary Masika Ventures is seekingServices Officersto support multiple business functions, including: Procurement Sales Administration Operations Inventory management Supplier coordination This is ajunior-level opportunity, andprior professional experience is not necessarily required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned tasks across sales, procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations. Support and improve office operations and internal processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with colleagues across Masika Ventures’ portfolio companies. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Track assigned projects and report on progress. Prepare reports and analyse business data. Requirements Bachelor’s degree inBusiness or a related field, or equivalent qualification. Ability to adapt to different responsibilities and learn quickly. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Good communication skills inEnglish and Swahili. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
