Key Responsibilities Security Operations security service providers according to establishedKey Performance Indicators (KPIs). Oversee security at warehouse facilities. Monitor:CCTV systemsAccess controlPerimeter security CCTV systems Access control Perimeter security Ensure effective access control management. Administration & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports. Respond to security-related emails and phone calls. Maintain accurate security documentation and records. Investigations & Audits Conduct and support incident investigations. Carry out route surveys. Conduct security vendor audits. Identify security weaknesses and recommend corrective measures. Continuous Improvement Monitor existing security strategies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve security effectiveness. Implement appropriate security improvements. Training & Development Train relevant personnel on:Security awarenessSecurity preventionIncident responseSecurity procedures Security awareness Security prevention Incident response Security procedures Qualifications & Requirements High school diplomaor equivalent. At least3 years of relevant experience. Previousmilitary or police trainingis an advantage. Validdriving licence. Computer literate with proficiency in:Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPoint Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills in:EnglishSwahili English Swahili Key Skills The ideal candidate should demonstrate: Security operations management Access control management CCTV and surveillance monitoring Incident investigation Security risk identification Vendor management and auditing Security reporting Route surveying Security training and awareness Microsoft Office proficiency Strong communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Candidate Profile This position is suitable for candidates withat least three years of security experience, particularly those with experience supervising security operations, security contractors, warehouse/facility security, CCTV, access control, and incident investigations.
