Commission Based Collector (Contract) at Standard Bank – September 2026 Standard Bank Group is seeking aCommission Based Collector (Contract)to support debt collection and recovery activities. Job Details Job Purpose The successful candidate will be responsible formaximising collections and minimising losses on Stage 3 accountsthrough appropriate collection and recovery interventions. These may include: Telephone calls and follow-ups with customers. Personal visits to customers. Perfecting and enforcing collateral ceded to the Bank. Initiating legal proceedings where necessary. Ensuring all collection activities comply with Bank policies, procedures and core values. Key Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in:CommerceAccountingBusiness AdministrationRelated field Commerce Accounting Business Administration Related field Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience, particularly withinPersonal and Private.
