Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership 1. Fibre Network Architecture, Design & Optimization Design and optimize scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient fibre network architectures for:FTTHFTTxFTTSMetro networksNLD backboneEnterprise services FTTH FTTx FTTS Metro networks NLD backbone Enterprise services Cover ODN design, fibre allocation, and end-to-end technical solutions. 2. Fibre Route Planning, Feasibility & Network Records Conduct fibre network feasibility studies. Plan fibre routes, ducts, aerial infrastructure, and shared infrastructure. Maintain accurate:GIS recordsKMZ recordsAsset recordsAs-built records GIS records KMZ records Asset records As-built records Ensure network records support deployment, operations, and governance activities. 3. Investment Planning & Technology Evaluation Provide technical and commercial input into business cases and investment plans. Contribute to procurement documents. Evaluate suppliers and technologies.
