Available Positions Learning & Development Manager HR Officer Key Information Company: Mount Meru Hotel Location: Arusha, Tanzania Job Type: Full Time Industry: Hospitality / Human Resources Closing Date: October 16, 2026 Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Senior Positions (Learning & Development Manager): Minimum 5–6 years of relevant HR or training management experience within a hotel, resort, or international hospitality brand. Junior Positions (HR Officer): Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience. Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional HR qualification. Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR information systems, Opera PMS, or other relevant software where applicable.
