The successful candidate will gain practical experience in various HR functions while supporting the day-to-day activities of the department. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including reviewing CVs and scheduling interviews. Support employee onboarding and preparation of employment documents. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR files. Support attendance, leave, and employee data. Assist with the preparation of HR reports, letters, and other HR documentation. Support payroll-related administrative activities. Assist with staff training and development activities. Support employee welfare and general HR administration. Assist with ensuring proper filing and confidentiality of employee information. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma inHuman Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduate or student seeking practical HR experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. High level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
