Responsibilities Plan and execute photo and video shoots across beach resorts, safari lodges and travel destinations. Develop creative concepts, storyboards and scripts for social media videos and marketing campaigns. Capture high-quality photography and videography of properties, wildlife, landscapes and guest experiences. Edit and produce engaging content, including Reels, promotional videos and brand campaigns. Handle post-production, including:Colour gradingPhoto retouchingSound editingMotion graphics Colour grading Photo retouching Sound editing Motion graphics Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that reflects the company’s brand visual identity. Requirements Proven experience in photography, videography and video editing, supported by a strong portfolio. Proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud, including:Premiere ProLightroomPhotoshop Premiere Pro Lightroom Photoshop Proficiency inCanva. Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting and visual storytelling. Experience in video planning, scriptwriting and creative concept development. Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content. Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Good written and spoken English.
