Be able to communicate effectively in both English and Swahili. Have at least one year of sales experience. Be hardworking, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets. Qualifications and Skills Candidates should also demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies: A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Administration or a related field. Sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales-closing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. A results-driven and customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
