Human Resources Manager – Pre-Opening Location: Makunduchi, Zanzibar Employment: Full-time, immediate start Salary: open foe negotiations plus accommodation Raha Reserve Zanzibar, a luxury resort joining IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Vignette Collection, seeks an HR Manager to establish our people function and deliver recruitment and staff readiness ahead of opening. Responsibilities Deliver recruitment against the approved staffing plan and budget, at pace Establish employment documentation, HR policies and personnel records Open and maintain statutory registrations and support expatriate permit applications Coordinate payroll inputs, staff welfare, accommodation and onboarding Support departmental training and build a service-focused workplace culture Maintain compliance with applicable Zanzibar employment requirements Requirements At least five years’ hospitality HR experience, including management responsibility Hotel pre-opening experience strongly preferred Experience recruiting at volume against a fixed opening date Working knowledge of Zanzibar or Tanzania employment practice and statutory registration Strong recruitment, employee-relations and HR administration skills Fluent English and Swahili; relevant HR qualification How to Apply Please apply through this platform with your CV, availability, salary expectations and details of two relevant projects or properties.
