The company is seeking a qualified Foreman to oversee plant operations at its GGM site in Geita Region, Tanzania. Job Title: Foreman Company:Fabec Investment LimitedLocation:GGM Site, Geita Region, TanzaniaNumber of Positions:1Work Schedule:Two-shift rotation (day and night) Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Oversee overall plant operations across both shifts. Manage production activities to ensure operational targets are achieved. Monitor equipment availability and coordinate maintenance plans. Ensure product quality meets the required standards. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures. Supervise and coordinate operational teams to maintain efficiency. Prepare management reports on production, equipment performance, and operational activities. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should meet the following requirements: A diploma or degree in engineering, mining, or a related field is preferred. At least five years of experience in mining or crushing operations. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership, planning, and reporting skills. Solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. Ability to coordinate plant operations and manage teams across rotating shifts.
