Programme Objectives The HR Trainee Programme is intended to: Support the transition from academic learning to the professional workplace. Provide exposure to the sugar industry and KSCL operations. Develop technical HR skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities. Connect trainees with professionals across the organization. Measure individual progress against defined learning outcomes.
