Operator – AB InBev Company:AB InBevPosition:OperatorEmployment Type:Full-time Job Purpose The Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining packaging equipment and related processes to achieve optimal production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Plant and Process Operations Operate packaging equipment and related processes safely and efficiently. Optimize plant and process performance. Perform housekeeping activities using 5S principles. Follow all health and safety procedures. Identify and correct unsafe work practices. Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), quick-fix routines, and problem-solving processes. Quality Control Perform required quality checks and analyses. Record inspection and test results in the appropriate information systems. Apply problem-solving techniques such as:5 WHY AnalysisQuick Fix Routines 5 WHY Analysis Quick Fix Routines Report unresolved quality issues to the Line Manager. Communication Participate in team meetings and performance improvement (PI) reviews. Understand and contribute to team goals. Maintain accurate shift logbooks and operational records. Conduct effective shift handovers. Participate in autonomous operations and continuous improvement activities. Minimum Qualifications Diploma in:MechanicalElectrical EngineeringOr a relatedfield Mechanical Electrical Engineering Or a relatedfield Experience & Knowledge Minimum of9 months of on-the-job training. Experience in theFMCG industryis an added advantage. Understanding ofVPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) principlesis an advantage.
