The role focuses on driving client-centric solutions,teams, strengthening client relationships, and expanding transactioncapabilities across key sectors. Key Responsibilities Customize and implement the Transaction Banking strategy aligned with country objectives. Drive growth of transaction banking products and services. Lead teams responsible for transactional banking solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders. Manage and coordinate teams across different product areas. Support client acquisition, retention, and service excellence. Develop solutions across transaction banking value chains. Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements. Manage financial processes, budgets, and performance targets. Leverage market opportunities to grow the transaction banking franchise. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in:Business CommerceFinanceEconomicsBusiness AdministrationRelated field Business Commerce Finance Economics Business Administration Related field Preferred: Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Experience Requirements Transaction Banking / General Management 10+ years’ experiencein a transactional banking environment.
