Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in. Minimum5 years’ experience in insurance claims, preferably in Non-Motor Claims. Experience in:FireBurglaryMachinery BreakdownFidelity GuaranteeBusiness InterruptionOther commercial claims Fire Burglary Machinery Breakdown Fidelity Guarantee Business Interruption Other commercial claims Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims assessment, and loss investigation. Excellent report writing, analytical, communication, and leadership skills. High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to meet strict turnaround times (TATs). CII, ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent is an added advantage. Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Non-Motor Claims team. Review and manage complex claims from notification to settlement. Conduct and oversee loss investigations and claims assessments. Review claims reports, valuations, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with policy terms, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with insurers, clients, brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders. Monitor claims turnaround times and ensure timely submission of reports. Provide technical guidance and support to the claims team.
