Data Center Technician (Mission-Critical Operations) Location Tanzania (Multi-site Operations) Role Purpose To ensure continuous operation of mission-critical systems through real-time monitoring, rapid alarm response, first-level fault diagnosis, and structured escalation to engineers and the Network Operations Center (NOC). Key Responsibilities Monitor:UPS systems (load, bypass, battery)Generators (fuel, alarms, operational status)Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH/DX)Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, water leakage) UPS systems (load, bypass, battery) Generators (fuel, alarms, operational status) Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH/DX) Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, water leakage) Respond to alarms from monitoring systems such as Zabbix and AIVA.
