Debt Collection Responsibilities: Manage outstanding accounts. Follow up on overdue payments. Negotiate payment arrangements. Ensure timely recovery of debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. 2. Company IT Provide IT support and maintain internal systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of all technology infrastructure. Ensure data security, user support, and reliable IT services across the entire organization. 3. Data Clerk and Inventory Warehousing Manage, record, and maintain accurate data and inventory stock. Control and support an efficient warehouse environment. General Qualifications Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. Experience: Strong background in credit collection or the microfinance industry is prioritized. Prior experience in a call center position. Skills & Attributes: Good customer service skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Word). Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
