Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities for security guards, electronic security systems, and physical security services. Conduct client consultations and site assessments. Develop and present tailored security solutions. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contract agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Monitor customer satisfaction and support client retention. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience insales, business development, or solution selling. Experience in the security industry is an added advantage. Key Skills Strong negotiation skills. Excellent presentation and closing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish and Swahili. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently.
