In this delivery-focused role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions while translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals — contributing directly to profitable business outcomes for Ericsson.What you will do:Undertake product deployment and configuration of Communication Services productsPrepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance testsWork with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processesCollaborate with the team to resolve technical product delivery issuesMaintain and update solution documentationProvide feedback to R&D on possible portfolio enhancementsParticipate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharingStay abreast of new technologies and share solution insights to enable customer competence buildingThe skills you bring:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science5–10 years of relevant experienceProven experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualizationCS Core Portfolio Knowledge: MSC-S, MGW, CTCIMS Portfolio Knowledge: MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, ENUMKnowledge of Cloud / NFVI technologyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness acumen with the ability to work effectively across teams and networksAbility to innovate, adapt, and respond to changeResults-driven with strong planning and organizing skillsAdditional programming skills are a plusWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
