Position Summary The Syrup Room Operator will be responsible for ensuringtimely and proper syrup preparationto support smooth and efficient production operations. Key Responsibilities Operate and control machinery in the syrup room. PerformClean-in-Place (CIP)activities according to the CIP Matrix and company requirements. Accurately record and report information related to syrup production. Order required concentrates in a timely manner. Immediately report any failures or problems occurring during syrup preparation. Clean and replenish processing areas and syrup room equipment according toGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)requirements. Ensure syrup-making activities meet required quality and production standards. Required Competencies & Skills Candidates should have: Knowledge ofmicrobiological testing. Knowledge ofchemical testing and standardisation methods. Good report-writing skills. Good spoken and writtenEnglish communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work effectively under deadlines and with minimal supervision. Entry Requirements Applicants must have: Certificate or Diploma in Laboratory, Chemistry, or Food Science. At least1 year of relevant work experience.
