Available Positions Reservations Supervisor Reservations Agents Key Information Company: Mount Meru Hotel Location: Arusha, Tanzania Job Type: Full Time Industry: Hospitality / Reservations & Revenue Closing Date: October 16, 2026 Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Senior Positions (Supervisor): Minimum 5–6 years of relevant reservations or front office experience within a hotel, resort, or international hospitality brand. Junior Positions (Agents): Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional hospitality qualification. Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English. Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Opera PMS, property management systems, or relevant hotel reservation software. Core Qualities: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, guest-service ethic, operational integrity, ability to perform under pressure, and immediate availability (candidates who can join immediately will be given priority).
