Junior Positions: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional hospitality qualification. Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel systems (where applicable).
