Location:Zanzibar, Tanzania NOW HIRING – ZANZIBAR BRANCH iRiS Construction and Trading W.L.L. is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join its team at the Zanzibar Branch. Vacant Positions 1. Site Engineer Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Relevant experience inor infrastructure. Strong knowledge of site execution, supervision, and coordination. Ability to manage site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements. 2. Quantity Surveyor Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Relevant experience in construction projects. Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, cost estimation, valuation, and variations. Good understanding of project cost control and commercial documentation. 3. Document Controller Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of document control systems and project documentation. Responsible for maintaining, tracking, distributing, and archiving project documents. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Candidates Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
