Assistant Workshop Manager – 2 Positions Key Responsibilities Assist the workshop manager in supervising and coordinating daily workshop activities. Plana and monitor vehicles servicing, maintainance, and repair activities. Supervise mechanics and workshop staff to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely Diagnose mechanical faults and assist in determining appropriate repair procedures. Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and serviced according to schedules. Monitor the use of workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the workshop Prepare and maintain maintainance and repairs records Monitor the quality of work and ensure repairs meet required standards Assist in managing workshop productivity and controlling maintainance costs. Perfom any duties assigned by the workshop Manager Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field proven experience in vehicle maintainance and workshop operations Experience working with heavy – duty trucks will be an added advantages Good leadership, supervisory, and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Remuneration Competitive salary commensurate with experience and performance.
