IT Technician – 2 Positions Job Title: IT Technician – 2 Positions Company: Jassie and company ltd About the Role We are looking for qualified, experienced and motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions: Key Responsibilities : install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network, and other IT equipment. provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues. Maintain and monitor the company’s network and internet system Install and maintain operating systems , software, and security applications Perfom regular backups and ensure data security Maintain IT equipment and keep proper records of IT assets Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner Perfom any other IT – Related duties assigned by the supervisors. Qualifications and Requirements : Diploma or degree in information Technology, Computer Science or a related field Proven experience as an IT Technician. proven experience as ana IT Technician Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and problem solving skills.
