The position offers comprehensive training, competitive performance compensation, and opportunities for professional growth in the life insurance sector. Key Responsibilities Sales Generation: Drive life insurance product sales and revenue growth across designated Northern Zone coverage areas. Client Engagement: Identify, approach, and consult prospective clients to understand their financial security and life insurance needs. Negotiation & Closing: Deliver persuasive presentations, conduct client negotiations, and close insurance policies effectively. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage policy renewals and referrals. Territory Coverage: Perform active field sales activities across Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, and Tanga. Sales Executive Officer (SFE) – Northern Zone Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical sales experience, preferably within the insurance, banking, or financial services sector. Competencies & Attributes Languages: Fluent communication skills in both Swahili and English (verbal and written). Core Skills: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Technical Skills: Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, highly disciplined, customer-focused, hardworking, and capable of working independently or in team environments.
