You will evaluate client creditworthiness, monitor receivables, and enforce collection policies while maintaining strong customer relationships. Credit Assessment:Evaluatecreditrisk for new and existing clients to keep exposure within approved limits.Buy Maps Credit Assessment:Evaluatecreditrisk for new and existing clients to keep exposure within approved limits. Buy Maps Portfolio Monitoring:Track key financial metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and aging receivables. Collections & Dunning:Lead payment collection efforts and enforce dunning/post-dunning processes according to company policy. Customer Notices & Queries:Issue statements, payment reminder letters, and account notices; resolve billing disputes and customer queries. Churn Reduction:Identify and resolve credit issues that cause service suspensions or customer dissatisfaction. Process Enhancement:Help refine and improve internal credit control and risk procedures. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Risk Management. Certifications:CPA or ACCA is a strong advantage. Experience:3 to 5 years in credit control, collections, risk management, or financial operations. Core Skills:Sound knowledge of debt recovery and credit risk assessment.Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.High ethical standards, accountability, and teamwork.
