Yield Specialist

Job Vacancy: Yield Specialist Company:Beach & Safari HolidaysLocation:South Africa or Tanzania Beach & Safari Holidays is looking for aYield Specialistto join its growing team and help drive smarter, data-informed commercial decisions across its safari and beach portfolio in Tanzania. The successful candidate will work with performance data, pricing, and forecasting to help maximise occupancy and revenue across properties and travel packages, covering destinations from Zanzibar and Pemba to safari properties across northern and southern Tanzania. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Excel dashboards tracking occupancy, RevPAR, booking patterns, and forecasts. Analyse pricing strategies, demand patterns, and seasonality. Recommend pricing adjustments based on performance and market positioning. Use AI and automation tools to identify trends and streamline reporting. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management. Support capacity planning, forecasting, and inventory management. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Identify opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in revenue analysis, yield management, hospitality analytics, or a similar role. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualisation. Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, analytics platforms, and automation software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights. Fluent in English. Experience in hospitality or tourism is a strong advantage.
