The successful candidate will oversee the company’s daily operations, drive business growth, manage financial performance, and ensure effective leadership and compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations to achieve financial and operational objectives. Motivate, lead, and develop employees to ensure productivity, efficiency, and workplace discipline. Prepare and manage the annual budget, control expenditures, and ensure sustainable profitability. Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities. Ensure that all company operations comply with applicable national laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies. Represent the company professionally in dealings with customers, business partners, stakeholders, and government authorities. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in leadership, senior management, or a similar executive position. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make critical decisions, and solve business challenges effectively. Strong ability to interpret and analyse financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swahili and English.
