The successful candidates will drive product sales and distribution, engage customers, and expand market presence across Dar es Salaam and upcountry regions in Tanzania. Key Information Company: Beauty Group Tanzania / Malivano Company Limited Department: Sales & Marketing Interview Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Work Location: Willingness to work in any region across Tanzania Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Revenue Generation: Actively promote and sell company products to new and existing retail and wholesale customers across assigned territories. Territory Coverage: Travel and execute sales drives across various regions of Tanzania according to operational requirements. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, merchants, and clients, delivering exceptional customer service. Product Knowledge & Adaptation: Quickly learn product offerings, market dynamics, and customer preferences to optimize sales pitches. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate details of sales transactions, customer feedback, and market insights. Requirements & Qualifications 1. Education & Experience Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma) in any field. Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in sales. Added Advantage: Direct experience in selling second-hand clothes ( Mitumba ) or fast-moving consumer products is highly desirable. 2. Core Competencies & Attributes Fast learner with a proactive attitude. High level of dedication, discipline, and hard work. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swahili and English. Excellent attention to detail and customer care skills. Flexibility and readiness to relocate or travel upcountry as required.
