Job Overview :Human Resources Officer Company:Fabec Investment Limited Location:GGM Site, Geita, Tanzania Employment Type:Full-Time Number of Positions:1 Reports To:HR Manager Department:Human Resources Application Deadline:26 October 2026 Key Duties and Responsibilities The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the following: Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding and staff inductions. Maintain employee files, HR databases, leave records, and attendance records. Support monthly payroll processing and administration of employee benefits. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and disciplinary hearings. Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and statutory requirements, including NSSF and WCF. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. At least three years of experience in human resources, preferably in the mining or construction industry. Fluency in English and Swahili. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws. High levels of integrity and professionalism. Willingness to travel to company sites.
